NCS Quality Management forms the base for the Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish and South African National Standards. It is also the platform for our own ISO 9001, No. 17888, Quality Assurance System.
NCS Quality Management was set up by NCS Colour to document and guarantee its work. Each year NCS Quality Management makes sure that all products and samples are produced with environmentally approved pigments and according to the deep-frozen NCS master standard. The quality outcome of our vigorous testing is published annually.
It is thanks to these self-set stringent standards that NCS is the most accurate colour system in the world with samples rarely experiencing any colour shift from each other or the master standards. Plus, handled correctly, NCS colour samples have a lifespan of at least ten years and are not affected by fading unlike textile or printed samples.
